B-NOX Pre Workout from the company Betancourt Nutrition is a pre-workout and a testosterone booster. The B-Nox formula contains 5 proprietary blends with several different ingredients. The downside to proprietary blends is that you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting per serving. One serving is 18.1 grams and contains some proven ingredients like beta-alanine and caffeine. However, many of the ingredients in the formula lack scientific support.
It’s packed with scientifically backed information designed to help you make the right decision about whether this pre-workout supplement is the right choice for your training needs.
Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or a seasoned gym monkey, you’ve probably heard about supplements and probably done some research. If that’s the case, you’ve almost certainly discovered that it can be a pretty hard world to navigate for the uninformed.
Supplement maker after supplement maker has made bold claims that their product is the best on the market, without telling you why it hasn’t helped the situation. But unfortunately, this is standard practice in the market.
Add to the mix product reviews that should be independent but the stink of hidden agendas and brand disputes, and the challenge of choosing a pre-workout that isn’t a complete waste of time and money becomes even harder.
Luckily for you, this is where our B-NOX Pre Workout review comes to the rescue. A detailed breakdown of key ingredients and dosages in addition to where you can buy them, and comparisons to other well-known pre-workout supplements means you’ll be in a much more knowledgeable position than before after reading this.

B-NOX Pre Workout Review
I was pleasantly surprised for my first workout with the B-NOX Pre Workout. It seemed to give me the advantage I usually seek. It didn’t keep me up all night (which is one of the most important things to me). With that and a few other things in mind, I’ve decided to rate this pre-workout supplement 8.7 out of 10.
Why not 10? The main reason is that I don’t believe I’ve ever gotten a ten, and I’ve tried a lot of preliminary runs over the years. But after taking B-Nox, I must say it has some of the most powerful ingredients available.
It mixes well and tastes great. I use 8oz of water in my shaker and just shake it a few times. I bought “Tropical Paradise” and I can say that the color looks pretty tropical. It tasted slightly sweet and savory, and I couldn’t identify much of that familiar strong pre-workout flavor.
B-NOX had the power I expected before a workout. I’ve been taking many supplements over the years and have a good idea of what a pre-workout does to my body during training and how I’m performing.
During the warm-up, B-Nox started to show its effect. When it was fully activated, I was ready to begin my main exercise routine. I felt the full effects in about 30-40 minutes.
I felt pumped and energized like I should have started before a good workout. I stayed motivated throughout the entire workout and the muscle fatigue never started. For myself, it did not come with any side effects that I noticed, such as dizziness, nausea, or anxiety. . I was also able to sleep at night. This is very important because sleep is one of the best times for your body to build muscle.

There is one important factor to note regarding the ingredients in this product in our B-Nox pre-workout review. And this is the fact that they are made up of 5 SPECIAL BLENDS under one umbrella mix whose weight is the only explanation.
They make things a little weird by combining the testosterone booster with the pre-workout formula, creatine monohydrate, and amino acids.
Unfortunately, they do not disclose dosages and too many essential ingredients are missing.
For the uninitiated, a proprietary blend is an ingredient blend where the total weight of the blend is listed but not the weights of the individual ingredient ingredients. For a supplement user, of course, it makes it almost impossible to calculate exactly how much of each active ingredient you consume per serving unless you have a chemistry lab in your living room!
While manufacturers will try to tell you about keeping their proprietary formulas out of the prying eyes of their competitors, there’s actually only one reason they choose to use proprietary blends, and that’s to hide the low-dose ingredients from YOU, the consumer.
This is the worst possible start to the table of contents of our B-Nox pre-workout Androrush by Betancourt Nutrition review. So much for the ‘label accuracy’ mentioned in the Betancourt mission statement above…
So, is B-Nox good pre-workout or is it just hype?
It is almost impossible to answer this question if it is not already clear to you. Without knowing what quantities of any active ingredient appear, how is it possible to determine if this B-Nox pre-workout is good?
What we can say for sure is that if you’re serious about making gains in the gym and want a pre-workout that will help you do that, you need to know exactly what’s in it and how much. Unfortunately, B-Nox doesn’t give you this information, which means their use is pretty limited.
Does it have any side effects?
Several components are included in this pre-training, which can cause minor side effects when given in high enough doses.
Significant amounts of caffeine can cause symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, anxiety, and tremors.
Creatine monohydrate is associated with bloating and general gastrointestinal upset. However, this is normally the result of high doses consumed in one serving.
Beta-alanine causes a tingling sensation on the skin surface that normally subsides after about 20 minutes. It is completely harmless and should be taken as proof that you are indeed consuming a meaningful dose of beta-alanine, and nothing completely useless!
However, without accurate dosage information for any of these ingredients, we cannot determine how likely these side effects might be when taking pre-workout B-Nox. So your guess is literally as good as ours.
Best Way to Take B-NOX Pre Workout
Directions are to take 1 scoop pre-workout with 8 oz of water and mix in a shaker. If you are new to this product, please follow these guidelines. Do your pre-workout workout about 30 minutes before.
I usually get 1 1/2 scoops, add a little more water, and throw in a few ice cubes. I weigh 190lbs and take pre-workout supplements regularly, so this amount seems to work for me. Here is a picture to the right of my B-NOX that I just messed up.
Don’t overdo it! Or you will pay for it with an extreme headache. Start out slow and work your way up.
I started feeling the effects of the B-NOX around the 20-30 minute mark. This is a satisfactory time frame, and what to expect. I usually take my pre-workouts right before I leave the house, so I will start to feel the effects by the time I reach the gym.
To sum this up, I consider the B-NOX pre-workout to be a versatile, affordable pre-workout option. My B-NOX pre-workout review makes a strong recommendation to give this a shot.
I tried this product first hand and had great results. It tasted good, it gave me that giddiness, that motivation, that energy. I have not experienced any side effects that can occur with other pre-workout supplements.
The pros outweighed the cons by a landslide. Note that B-Nox also has another blend for Fat-Burning called B-Nox Ripped to help you burn calories. After perusing the ingredient list, I don’t see any product with red flags for non-consumption. If you have the chance, my recommendation would be to run with the B-NOX Bull!
